Market Requirements
Match the Canadian innovator’s trade dress; conduct bioequivalence (BE) studies versus the Canadian innovator (for certain dosage forms), provide both room temperature (RT) and accelerated stability data.
Regulatory Oversight
GMP covers all Health Canada submissions and communications. Products approved or submitted in the EU, US, or by an MRA-recognized Health authority generally meet most, if not all, of Health Canada’s requirements.
Dossier Support
Partners provide all technical data. GMP manages Health Canada submissions and holds the Marketing Authorization (MA).
End-to-End Canadian Presence
GMP manages provincial registrations, marketing, sales, distribution, annual reporting, and pharmacovigilance.
